What is the Insert Method? |
|
The inserting method has been considered rigid in its
capacity to meet user needs and costly for its automation and manufacturing.
Reterra has conducted engineering research in this field and has succeeded
in producing highly accurate inserting products that are cost efficient
for mass production of hybrid products of irons and aluminums.
Reterra is responsive in the wide range of fields, placing a strong emphasis
on a study of a new inserting method such as a magnet while addressing
the technical problems that occur during the casting process including
adverse impacts of the inserted part depending on its shape and adverse
impacts of the solution on the inserted parts.
