Installation of LED Lighting

Some of our facilities were seriously damaged by heavy snows in February 2014. When they were rebuilt we installed LED lighting in them.

Use of Exterior Natural Light

Recognizing that safety and comfort are of course a priority in the work environment, in the ceiling of the die-casting plant we’ve installed panels that collect natural light.
This has made it possible to switch off unnecessary mercury vapor lamps in the plant.

Recycling of Cutting Oils

Cutting oil is essential for cutting machinery, and to reduce oil use Reterra built its own oil filtration and refining system on-site. The system is successful in recycling oil, thereby cutting down on the amount purchased.
